My grandpa is over and he has two full bottles of a hydrocodone script and an oxycodone script. What is even better is that he hates taking them because he doesn't need them and he says it makes them feel spacy so they are just sitting around. Time to have my first fun with painkillers. I've had no experience with opiates besides popping 1 vicodin once and getting no effect (because it was only one) What's a good dose for both hydrocodone and oxycodone? And as I'll most likely be doseing at school one of the times and I wouldn't want to be puking there, what do you suggest for eating? Eat a meal like an hour before or like just eat a few cheerios and down them?

Empty stomach for faster onset. However, some people don't like to eat while on opiates, makes some feel sick. So, don't be starved or anything like that. Totally up to you.

Seeing as you have no history with opiates at all, I'd say 15-20mg of hydrocodone would be enough to get you high.
With oxycodone, start off at 10mg. Work your way up.

If you want my advise, sometimes the high from opiates is very subtle to unexperienced users. Take some, lay down in your bed, put on the tv, and just relax. This way you'll be able to notice all of the effects and appreciate the high more.

Some people will think 15-20mg is nothing, but start small and be safe. Hell, even 10mg of hydrocodone would be enough for you to feel the high, but not intense. Not everyone can handle an opiate high and feel sick.

One last piece of advise,

Do not be extremely active while on opiates. It's all too common for people to get light headed and dizzy, which in turn could ruin the experience for you. It's just part of the drug. You can 95% of the time cure this by just lying down on your back for a bit. It's not like the spins you get from being drunk, not that bad.

After you get some experience, I'd suggest smoking a bowl as soon as you start to feel the effects. My favorite combination of any drugs, ever.

:edit: I'd definitely take them at home first, then decide if you want to go to school on them or not.

progressive1 is exactly right. Being an old pro at opiates (15yrs) I can tell you that on an empty stomach and no experience 20mg of hydrocodne should be the max to take at first. I'd say 10-15mg on the oxycodone. The high from opiates can range from complete relaxation and peace, to euphoria, to being hyper, to a combination of all the above. If you begin to feel nauseas just lie down for 5-10 minutes and it will go away. Do NOT drive or anything like that until you know exactly what they do to you. Also, tolerance to opiates occurs RAPIDLY, so be careful. But most of all FAVE FUN you lucky bastard! LOL Be careful.

For the oxy, I'd go with 10-20 mg's, starting off with 10 and working your up after you see how you feel. Not everybody is going to feel the same euphoria from the same dosage, so play it safe. Hydrocodone straight up sucks in my opinion as it took me 20 mg's and I barely felt it (my first time using them might I add). I would avoid combining the two and stick with the oxycodone - it's much stronger and you will definitely feel it with less pills. For consumption, I'd recommend just chewing them up quickly and downing it with a carbonated beverage. Happy downing.

I'm pretty big and the first time I did hydrocodone I took 15mg's on an empty stomach (5 hours since last meal so not completely empty) and I can't I cant imagine someone with no tolerance would need more than 15mg to start off with, I'm sure 20mg would be just as well.

In my short time with hydro's ive found that breaking them in half before ingesting them seemed to decrease onset time and make the whole effect last longer, Also Ive found taking 15mg to start then another pill (7.5 mg or w/e) an hour later also keeps the euphoria going for longer.

Only time i've ever done oxycodone, I took a small 5mg pill then an hour later took 15mg of hydrocodone, that 5mg hit me before the hydro set in, and it was pretty good considering the dose, but one may have been canceling the other out so I wouldn't suggest mixing them, but ive only done that the one time.

Have 4 5 mg./500 apap hydros set aside for tonight to test em out. I'm gonna parachute them, question, when you put the powder in the toilet paper to make a makeshift capsule, can you leave that in your pocket or something for a while? Or will it just fall out?

Edit: Is drinking safe on these cause there is a party this weekend and I want to know if I should take some then or not?

Generally, mixing 2 CNS depressants isn't a smart idea, but a beer or two won't hurt ya. Don't get yourself smashed though.

Another thing to note, high doses of APAP plus alcohol is a recipe for destruction when it comes to your liver. Be safe.

Strategy games are pretty good to play when in that state of mind, nothing that requires good reaction time, however I do manage to play counterstrike (source) better for some reason, possibly the less you think about something the less chance you have to screw it up.

I dunno, pretty much anything is fun when on hydrocodone.

Not a party drug at all for me. I love chilling and smoking pot with a bunch of buddies, or just sitting at home and watching a movie before I pass out.

I always game on my pc when I'm on any opiate buzz. I play Call of Duty 2, Source, sometimes I'll play wow or something but not to big into wow anymore.
