So, if you handed someone who was naive and extremely skinny an oc 80 and told them take it now or don't take it at all and you did not tell them what it was, you would have a clear conscience? It's obvious he had instilled a little bit of trust into his friend. Both are to blame, he shouldn't have taken the pill and the other kid should not have given it to him in that manner.

Basically, just listen to what everyone here said. You have been given some pretty straight-forward and understandable advice from the other posters. Never take a pill you have no experience with- be sure to look it up online. No one can ever truly tell you what the outcome will be you could be allergic, you might be fine or you might die.

Your friend must be pretty opiate tolerant to be in possession of an oxycontin 80 to begin with. He must also be pretty wealthy to just give away a pill that cost $40 on the street. These pills are no joke- I wish you would have had time to throw it up.

I remember taking 5 lortabs when I was in the 10th grade and I threw my guts out and laid in bed all day. I straight up hated them for a long time- and that's just hydrocodone- you took oxycodone and that's a lot stronger.

Also- like someone else mentioned: that was a terrible introduction to opiates. In my experinces and in my personal opinion opiates are the best drugs. So, try them again sometime if you can ever muster up the courage but take them at a very lower dosage- I'd try starting with a 10mg lortab- take a half at first and then take the other if you'd like. Opiates are great but be careful because your tolerance goes up quick and before you know it you'll be addicted.

Smokey, as Ukera requested; keep us updated. We all want to know how you are doing man. Write this off as a learning experience in your memory bank. We all make stupid mistakes in life, some of them may involve drugs- like in your case. However, this one could have been fatal with no opiate tolerance homie. Hard to believe but true there are many recorded cases. So, be careful man- and for the love of got never put a drug in your body that you haven't took time to research.

just saw your reply. glad you're well. on a side note, a good friend would have said split it in half! I've learned to not trust anyone when it comes to drugs the hard way. seems to be the only way (hopefully this is only how it is by me.)
