experienced dxm users I could use some advice

So I am trying out new cough syrups lately because up until the last 6 months I had been using triple c's bc I did not know any better. I tried some generic gel caps and a cough syrup called "creomulsion" and they didn't do shit for me, the syrup was god awful menthol taste and the gel caps were big fucking horse pills. Needless to say the trip sucked. I never even reached Plat1. SO i bought a 118ml/4 fl oz of robitussin long acting cough with nothing but dxm hbr 15 mg in each 5 ml tsp and my neighbor gave me some prescribed bromfed dm cough syrup i have no idea how much dxm per whatever is in it, but its a normal size prescribed cough med bottle, my question about it is the active ingredients are dxm,pseudoephrine, and Brompheniramine. Will this be safe to take? I don't wanna wind up puking my guts out or not getting the full experience. ok so heres what it said was officially in the bromfed dm cough:
Each 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) contains:

Brompheniramine Maleate, USP . . . . . . . . 2 mg

Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride, USP . . . . . 30 mg

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, USP . . . 10 mg

Alcohol 0.95% v/v

The 'bromfed cough' is unsafe to take recreationally. The pseudoephedrine and brompheniramine in addition to DXM will make you feel overstimulated pretty quickly and more than likely cause a potentially fatal case of serotonin syndrome. It's no safer than Corcidin Cough and Cold.

Robo long acting cough is a solid product. You may feel sick after chugging 4 ounces of cherry shit, but there is no way around that with syrups. Try taking 25-50mg of diphenhydramine 30 minutes beforehand and dosing with a small amount of absorbent food - like a slice of bread. Do you know how to calculate mg/kg to find out the exact amounts of DXM required per dose? 360mg (4 oz. 15mg/5ml syrup) should be a low-moderate 2nd plateau.

thanks for the info! I went and bought another bottle of robo so now I have two 4 oz bottles which should be equal to about 700 dxm which should make for a nice trip.
