Weed1 Does this bong I designed have any practicality or is it just a concept bong?

So, I love making my own pieces. In fact, I don't smoke anything unless I built it. My most recent creation which I named "Kayoss", features a filter. The body of the bong is composed of 2 smart water water bottles. One bottle's bottom is cut off. I rubber banded 4 bounce dryer sheets to the mouth of the main uncut bottle. I duct taped the cut bottle on top of the filtered chamber. The bowl is an average size ratchet socket glued to a straw of a ballpoint pen (why fuck with the classic design right?) I cut the point and butt of a sharpie off and hot glued it about an inch from the base of the main bottle. This design allows the smoker to remove the stem/ bowl so the bong can be cleared. I got the idea for the filter from the main concept of a sploof, blow into the sploof and the smoke smells good.

Right now I'm pretty much getting UA'd every other day so I can't test it myself. My question is will the 4 dryer sheets do anything at all? (change taste, filter THC or anything else)

I've already built the piece and I'll try to post a pic later. It's one of my face pieces just because of the concept of a fioter

It will definetly change the taste of the hit to something a bit more dryer fresh. I would imagine some of the THC would be lost in the process - you should notice a yellow / brown stain on the dryer sheets which would be smoke solidifying (anyone have a better word?) on the sheet.

I can see how this could be useful to one living in a dorm or their parent's house but I would probably just stick to the spoof. Post some pics, I'm curious.

I don't see anything wrong with it, except a bit of air might escape from the sharpie part not being airtight with the bowl/stem. Other than that, It sounds alright. I'm not sure I'd want to taste Dryer Sheets when I'm smoking though.

You could just smoke through an apple & blow the smoke through the dryer sheets

So if it's catching tar or resin does that mean it's better for my lungs?
