Heroin dosing

First, I'm sorry for all the threads i made but i genuinely cannot find the answers to the questions i have. Trust me i hate people that ask questions that are easily found on google, But i cant find this one.

(this question is not relating to me, because i have an opiate tolerance)

Would 2 bags of pretty good purity heroin (two dimes) be good for a first timer of opiates?
He weighs 180-190 he's 28. 6ft tall

I know this is a hard question to answer because of the purity, but i know this H is i would say at least 30% pure.

For comparison purposes. 50mg of oxycodone gets me VERY high. I snort usually 4 dime bags of china white. My friend does not want to waste his heroin and not do enough he also of course does not want to die. He bought two dimes. Would say a dime and a half be good for a first timer? He will be snorting it

well i wouldnt even do a whole bag for a first time! no way is that safe.
you have to really be careful, especially if he hasnt tried an opiate at all. if that was even the case, i wouldnt even sell the kid heroine. but if you really want to know, my first time, i started out with .05g (of awesome white china) bumps every half hour or so. i dont have much of a tolerance, but i still did have tried a lot of pk's in the past years

Just do half / quarter bag amounts every 10 minutes till he's where he wants to be.

How long until the full effect of heroin when you snort it?

Edit, I'm 23, he's 28. I'm just tryin to help him out, trust me i already tried to talk to him about trying a 15mg roxy for his first time. Just trying to help the guy so he doesnt fucking die. I mean he already has his mind made up, i know its stupid but i would rather give him GOOD advice then give him none at all and he o/d's and dies

we had seven bags and split each one into 4 bumps if i remember correctly... my math may not be correct on that but either way, im positive 1/4 of a bag is safe. so yah. anyway, if you dont have a scale, split it into 4. wait a half hour, then see if he is satisfied. im pretty sure he will be puking at one time or another... so dont do much activity, but some people can handle it though.

I just sniffed a bag. Apparently it is good stuff, but I feel like I sniffed a 30.. maybe a bit more.

IMO I think a bag of H (a point/.1g) should be equivalent to at least a roxy 30...

depends. .1 seems about like a 30 or 40 for me, and i nod out like a mother fucker. i was in dream land for 2 hrs on one bag. more than what im used to. 15g of oxy is usually enough for me to be comfortable
