Question switch from concerta to adderall?

i currently have a prescription for 30 54 mg of concerta and I would like to switch to either Adderall or Ritalin. I don't think the concerta works well enough and the 54 mg is the maximum my doctor will prescribe, but I don't want to come out and ask to switch because I think he is beginning to suspect I am a drug seeker

anyway, my question is, does anyone know what symptoms I could tell him I have to make him suggest the switch? Like headaches or dizzyness or something like that? I've tried looking online, but all I can find is stuff by mothers thinking about switching their kids. I'm seeing the doc tomorrow and I want to get myself back on track.

If it helps, he also switched me from 40 mg of Paxil to 40 mg of Celexa that same day.

    Thanks dudes. Much appreciated

Ritalin and Concerta are the same thing only Concerta is extended release. There is a way to make your concerta instant release you can take a sponge out of it.

You don't need to snort them like the guide says but yeah.

Paxil is scary. You don't want no part of that shit.
