Need some info on fentanyl patches

I apologize for not posting in so long, I've been quite busy recently. But anywho, a friend of mine gave me a patch today for free without the cover on it that says "Fentanyl transdermal System" and then 50mcg/h.
-how much fentanyl is in the whole patch? As I'm assuming what is printed on the patch describes the mcg absorbed per hour.
-How much would something like this cost on the street? I might be planning on buying more, and the guy who has them (12 left too) does not know the street value.
-best way to ingest? how many hours at 50mcg/h would it take with the patch applied to skin to get a slightly opiate tolerant user a good high?
-If I was to open it and orally/sublingually take the gel, how should I go about measuring the amount of gel needed?

It takes 60 mg of Oxycontin to start feeling real good.

I no nothing about them, but I have always heard that you have to be extremely extremely careful if you are going to go about with eating the gel.

If you can find the right people, these fuckers go like hotcakes. Usually the street value is 1$/mcg so 50 dollars per patch. I used to have them, but I myself never used it since I have no opiate tolerance. Sorry I couldn't provide you with any other info, thats all I know.

Dude, DONT fuck around with the gel.....it's TOXIC and can KILL you. Permanently. If you use the patch as directed, they can last a couple of days. You may even have to take it off every couple hours to take a rest. I used to pay $20 a patch, but I had good connects. If you use them as directed, expect 2-3 days of opiate bliss. Please, don't fuck with the gel....motherfuckers die that way.

well, technically: 3 days = 72 hours, 72 x 50 = total of mcg in the patch, or maybe it's only 12 hour, but I have never really looked into it. It's either 1800mcg or 600mcg.

Street cost, probably around 20 dollars. I've had the 100mcg patches for only $25, but the shit down here was always cheaper than anyone else gets them (small town benefits yay).

I'd slap that baby on the side of my chest, on the left side, or right side if you treasure your heart or have heart problems, but I always did left (probably placebo, being close to the heart and all). Is is the gel or matrix patch? If it's gel, I'd bang it (you dabble in the arts of that, so you shouldn't have a problem figuring it out, or just PM me) If it's matrix, then I'd just wear it.

I read it question by question and you said it was gel in the last question, so, it's very dangerous to eat the gel, because there's no easy way to know how much you're taking. If I were you, I'd PM me and such.

Very true, I've known a lot of people who have died, and heard about more. Hell, I'm even with a friend who had a family member OD from eating the gel; it's really common, even with a tolerance. Just wanted to mention that.

Best thing to do? Go to the drug store and buy a nasal spray bottle with a removable top. Dump out the contents of the bottle and fill half way with water. Take the gel from the patch and put it in the bottle. Shake the bottle for a while (about 5 minutes) and then fill it the rest of the way with water. Now, you have a fentanyl nasal spray.

The first time I had one I ate all the gel at once. Big mistake, it was sooo intense and I became so hot and sweaty for a few hours.

The next time I slapped in on my back-left shoulder blade. 3-4 hours later nothing so I ate half the gel, nothing. So 2 hours later I ate the other half and was just buzzed all night.

Both experiences sucked.

Don't eat a whole patch. I'd say try 1/4 and wait about 1-2 hours before trying more. I'm a pretty much regular Heroin user(nothing like a few months ago, but I still do it about once a week), and I'd still exercise extreme caution while doing Fentanyl...


Around here they go for 15-30$ for 75mcg/h patches.
