I'm a thinker by nature, so I don't go a single day without wondering why the sociological problems of our society never get solved. It's fucked up and there's really not much you as one person can do. You either desensitize yourself and learn how to assimilate, or swim upstream in the slim chance of causing an uproar.

But hey, at least you have the freedom to try. If you live in the US or any democratic country, be grateful that you have the ability to speak your mind and [peacefully] act on your ideals without repercussions. Hell, be glad you have fresh water, a roof over your head, and fresh food just a short walk away from where you live.
