That's what I'm calling this phenomenon that I experience. I smoke, I'm high for 5-6 hours, then when I wake up the next day, I'm high again. It's awesome. Anybody else get this?
My first 2 months of smoking went something like this, because it was few and far between and very new to me. Blew me away.
When I first started smoking that happened to me all the time. But it never happens anymore.
Never has happened to me, usually call my friends dumbasses when they tell me they wake up high.
Ive been smoking daily for about a year now...that only happens if i eat some potent edibles. Definitely miss it.

When I started smoking I once felt like i was high for several days... later I realized I was just stupid and that I would have to deal with that the rest of my life.
I enjoy this place.
Maybe it's a kind of placebo high. Imagine that you're high. You obviously don't want to come down, you just wanna stay stoned. Well maybe there's a placebo effect going on where you're kinda emulating the effects.
I dunno, that's all I can guess.

Nah its def not a placebo high, I smoked soo fucking much one night, went to sleep, then went to work the next morning, and I was DEFinetly still stoned.
That happened to me a few times, once when i had work in the morning too...it was awesome

Happened to me once. I smoked the night before then went to sushi the next day and out of nowhere i felt completely blasted. It was good except I was with family. :\
I smoked several hours one night, with breaks. Fell asleep around 2am woke up around 7am and was still slightly buzzed. Only time this has ever happened, not to mentioned when I first started.

Other than that, no...although I do love it when you get intellectual moments when your stoned then you forget wtf you were talking about and why you were talking about it.
Never, ever. It's kind of sad cause I bet it feels great, but at the same time I love being sober in the morning.
I always wake up feeling lathargic and kind of in an altered state of mind when I get mad blazed the night before...does that count?
happens to me when i eat dro brownies
When I drink wine I wake up drunk the next morning.
Not with weed though..
That never happened to me and I didnt think that that was possible and now I feel bad for accusing my friend of being a liar when he said he woke up high the next day. Guess he was telling the truth...

Happened to my friend and I about 2 months ago. We smoked the night before, crashed at a friend's house, then went downtown in the morning. We were fine, then like an hour down, we both just got hit with this high out of nowhere in the middle of the eaton's centre. People were everywhere, too. It kinda sucked.
First time it's happened in 5+ years of smoking.
Sometimes I'll feel really lethargic and kind of "out of it" in the morning after a long night of smoking. This usually doesn't happen unless my friends and I smoke like six or more blunts late at night, which doesn't happen anymore since now I'm a poor college student who smokes bowls alone. :<
You are under arrest.
This used to happen to me a lot when I first started smoking, I used to call it "after-effects" of being high, I felt like I would feel it the next morning after smoking a lot, or if I had to get up real early after smoking.
It makes sense, weed leaves the bloodstream very slowly, which is why it's believed weed can't cause physical withdrawal, or if it can it's very mild. New and unexperienced users could probably detect/get a nice buzz off the little bit of THC in your blood the next morning, whereas frequent smokers probably wouldn't notice it.
