Depression is common the day or 2 after taking MDMA due to the mass injections of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine your brain receives from MDMA when blood concentrations are high enough. It's basically the effects of your brain going back into the "norm"; 2-3 days later you should feel normal.
Tips? Let your body rest, eat some food and get plenty of water, juice should be good because it has plenty of needed vitamin c after a night of nothing but water. Im not surei f taking a prescription SSRI such as Zoloft would help or not, but I don't think it would be safe playing with serotonin re-uptake the day after already boosting it XX times more.

Smoke weed.
I honestly have never had a hang over from E, UNLESS I didn't sleep that night, or got like an hour or something.
But my tip would be just to smoke weed, relax, play video games and get hella baked, something relaxing like that.
Thanks, surprisingly I don't have a hangover at all from the alcohol, and otherwise just feel slightly dull. Weird considering I usually get bad hangovers from alcohol as well as other drugs.
Yeah as most people have said stay in chill you and smoke some weed.
Just your adverage bloke who like's abit of torture.

Yea I've got some purple pills with hearts on them for this Friday.
I spoke with someone who did them and they said the pill did have MDMA in it but it contained more speed than MDMA. I'm gonna take a guess and say it was meth cause he hasn't slept in 36 hours I think he's finally getting to bed now. How was the high aside from the fact that it didn't contain a lot of MDMA? Meth isn't really a appealing drug to me but if I unknowingly payed for it I will do it. Do you get euphoric and tingly when you take it orally? Or does it just keep you wired?
