Since this is my first trip report of sorts, I made it kind of lengthy. But, for all of those readers who couldt care about some things, I figured I'd include a key to see where the parts you'd find most interesting are. If you want to just jump to the good stuff, the summary, and aftermath, I suggest jumping #4, as it's horrendously long. I'll edit it later, I'm tired.
KEY:

The Experience:
Well, I recently got a bunch of 10 mg Adderall. I decided to go to town with a friend today, since her and I love downtown and hang out there frequently. We ended up on the subject of drugs and I said I had the addies. I had already snorted one that morning, but it had kinda died off, and I let her take one orally. So wandering around 2 hours after that, I pop another 2 addies She takes 1. Then, about 2 hours later, she said she wasnt feeling it. We went to the roof of a parking garage and I snorted 2, and took a couple of hits of weed (Adderall and weed are a killer combination for me). She said she wanted to really feel it, so rather ignorantly I let her snort 2. This is seriously the biggest mistake of my life, since I:
1. Completely disregarded the fact that the drug might be affected by her medication.
2. Her faher and ex-hippie, and her mother a social worker, could possibly be able to see her altered state.
3. It was afternoon, daylight was fading, and it would be cold, VERY cold.
4. I neglected the fact that she had no tolerance, and instead of dosing her up to see the reactions, I just let her get 40 mg.
Anyway, we did our thing and soon after the drip came on, we were feeling pretty good. We decided to get off the parking garage since we were sure someone knew we were there. Well after walking for a while, I noticed the time and she had about 3 hours before she would have to be home. I said "You might possibly have to go home while on the come down or high." She immediately went into an anxiety attack, and started crying and freaking out. I decided to move us towards waterfront, away from the busy traffick of the inner city. Well, we were laying together and I was trying to comfort her, though it seemed, with extremely little luck. So here I am, with about 50 mg of Aderall in me, and 40 Mg of adderall in her (she had no tolerance what so ever).
Okay so; so far there's 30 mg of adderall insufflated in me for the whole day, plus another 20 mg taken orally on an empty stomach. She had taken 2 orally on an empty stomach about an hour apart from each other, then she popped one with me. About an hour later she snorted 2. We're in a grass field, and it's getting dark. And cold for that matter, she is hyperventilating and shaking. Looking around on erowid now, it seems that she had the symptoms of an overdose.
Well, it was around 6 now, and she had 2 hours before she had to meet her mom at the train station. And she still wasn't anywhere near a state to go see her. I was having problems just keeping her from passing out. She was very confused on how she was feeling and routinely asked why she was feeling this way. She began saying that she couldn't feel her hands and I knew it was time to start thinking about getting the fuck outta dodge. Looking at www.weather.com it says that the current tempurature now is about 44 F. Now mix this with a wet grassy field, and her getting chattering cold at room tempurature, and you have a serious problem.
Well, I finally got her back into reality enough to move, even though I felt strongly against moving her, especially since she nearly passed out while getting up, I didn't think I had much other choice. Well, we finally started walking towards the city again, the mall being the only place left open that would be warm was the only place near by I'd be able to go. Well, as soon as we just made the curb of the street and started waiting for the light, one more thing just HAD to happen. I see a fire truck, rolling up the the hotel across the street, sirens and lights blaring. Naturally she freaked, and started asking if I had called the nut house to come take her away, or had claled the cops or an ambulance or anything.
Well, after a lenthgy walk filled with frequent stops because she would either get too dizzy, or too close to passing out, we finally made the mall. Unfortunately, we only got about 15 minutes in there. Thankfully, however it was enough to warm up her numb limbs (by this time she said she could not feel her hands, feet, or half of her face.)
The security guard came and kicked us out. Again, she was cold so I took off my jacket leaving me with a very thin flimsy zip up excuse for a sweater, wrapped around the T-shirt under it. Needless to say, I was freezing. We went to a large open suare right by the train stop. Fortunately, she could walk by herself now, and her eyes had stopped rolling up into the back of her head without warning. She was coming down and I just kept at her side saying that she would be okay. Eventually, I had talked her down enough so she could be picked up by her mom. She got picked up, I explained that we were on the wrong side of town, that's why we were late, and they went off on their way. Unfortunately, there was nothing more I could do but by this time, she had returned to baseline (sober).
5.0:
Effects On The Trippers:
5.1
Tripper #1: Myself. This will be the easiest observations for obvious reasons (I experienced them.). Well, After insufflating the last 2 I took, I got a drip, nothing huge, I got a nice surge of energy and I kept on rambling about useless crap. I feel a very slight tingly feeling in my lower legs (Knee cap down). I also had a feeling of anticipation in my stomach, like when you're on the very top slump of a huge roller coaster, and you're about to go tumbling over the edge. I lost nearly all hunger, and felt motivated to go do something. My heartbeat rose, though not to any level worth concern when I was sitting down. The highest it made was about 190 BPM. My senses also seemed to jump up a notch, not anything like spider man or anything, just much more alert, colors seemed more entrancing and inviting, and sitting on the slab of concrete actually felt pretty damn dandy. However, my back hurts like all bloody hell but it normally does after I've done uppers.
5.2
Tripper #2: Her. Well, she basically had the same positive effects that I had, increased alertness, suppressed hunger and all. I will however, concentrate this more on her negative effects go more into the effect she had while having her bad trip or some kind of an overdose since it will probably be more beneficial to readers. She was completely fine and nothing seemed to be wrong up until I mentioned her going home (she hates her home.). She IMMEDIATELY became very scared, frightened like in fear for her life. Almost as if going home would equal her death. She was very on edge from this point on, and just all out paranoid. She questioned the activity of anyone who even glance down our side of the street.
Once we sat down she calmed down for a bit, but not by much at all. She had a very bad shake, and bob, when she would sit up, she would move back and forth. At times she said she couldnt open her eyes for unknown reasons, and looking at her, occasionally her eyes would seem to roll up in the back of her head. It was not uncommon for me to have to say her name 4 or 5 times to get her attention. Her breathing was definately accelerated and pretty much hyperventilating. Her heart beat at max was at 250 BPM, but that was after walking pretty fast(before the trip turned bad), which I didn't reccommend her to do. Her heart beat averaged around 110 BPM though. Again, she was very weak, very cold, and up until she started coming down, could not walk without assisstance. Towards the ride home I became very concerned with her complaining about a sharp pain in her chest. I told her that if it's there tomorow, have it checked out by a doctor ASAP. She thinks it's because of the hyperventilating though. I'm pretty sure thats all of the symptoms, I will add more as I remember them later, I might also ask her about her horrible experience to get more of an insight as to what the hell happened.
6.0:
The moral:
I'm still on my afterglow at the time of writting this. I feel absolutely horrible for putting her in that situation, I feel that I violated her trust in me, and that regardless of how much studying and effort I put into knowing this substance, I either neglected it or didn't study it enough. The moral I got out of this is respect any substance you intend to use recreationally. Or any other chemical substance for that matter. I didn't expect Adderall to have that strong of an effect (Check the "Effects" part.) on her, yet regardless it did. I was also painfully reminded that everyone is different, and there fore will react differently to any and every substance. however it's kind of sad. When I spoke to her 40 minutes ago (I started writing this after I hung up the phone) she thanked me for saving her life. I feel that I almost took it.
I urge everyone not to fuck up in the horrendous way I did. I feel horrible already, no amount of flames I deserve can make me feel any worse. The reason for writing this is I'm hoping that someone won't make a similar mistake that I did, with more permanent consequences.
Thanks for all of your time.
