whats the difference between regular and chronic users?
The definition is pretty relative, but in my opinion a regular user will smoke 3-4 times a week while a chronic user will smoke 3+ times a day. A regular user will view marijuana as recreational while a chronic user will turn it into a way of life.

Thanks for the FAQ.
You stated that the police can pat you down to search for a weapon but cannot actually search you. So, if they are patting you down and feel a little baggy, are they allowed to tell you to take it out, or do you have the right to keep it private. I mean, unless they find something blatantly heavy and gun shaped, is it your right to not empty your pockets.
For example, I got stopped by a police officer who asked me to remove everything from my pockets on the spot (they found weed)... is this okay?

A couple things you can do that are completely legit..
If a cop rolls up to your car, only open the window a CRACK. You don't have to open it entirely. pass your license and registration through the slit.
Also, if he asks you to step outside of your car, do so - and then lock your car so he can't enter it. This is completely legit and has been done by my friends. The cops are helpless in this scenario and it's quite comical to see how they react.
