Methadone and Vicodin Drug Test

I have to take random drug tests. However, I am currently taking vicodin for a herniated disc and for a sprained knee. So I have a legitimate perscription. However, my mom gave me three methadone pills to take on Sunday. I took all three at once. Because, the pain in my lower back still hurts. I go to classes on Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. However, I am not required to attend classes everyday. I get three missed days. So if I skip tomorow and wait until Wednesday to attend class will the methadone show up on a drug test? I know the vicodin does. I just don't want methadone to show up like I'm taking crack or methanphetamines. (Meth).

Methadone shows up as methadone (itself) on a unique panel on most tests that aren't a NIDA-5. You'll need 3-7 days to rid an acute dose of 'done, good luck.
