so you dont actually inhale the cigar smoke unless your a complete badass, so the obvious effects would be on your teeth or lungs if your smoking in a closed room, now my question is, how can these effects be combatted? like I dont want to smell like the cigar and I dont want my room to, so what can I do to keep it off of my teeth and out of the air, also what oculd you do to keep it from hanging in the air and getting in your lungs, keeping the inhaling to a minimum

Smoke out of a window, or blow smoke onto a fan that is facing towards an open window.

ok then these are solving the cigar problem, but I also want to grab a gandalf style pipe, any ideas there, and there is still the teeth problem, I guess I could also grab a smoking jacket

Many variations of such pipes are sold in your general headshops.

Avoiding the teeth thing isn't easy, or it wouldn't be such a widespread problem.

Brush your teeth well after smoking and you'll be fine.
