Does anybody cellar thier beer/wine/liquor?

I was wondering if anyone has a cellar for thier personal stash of alcohol. If so, what's your method?

I have currently been picking up more beer then usual at the store. I usually drink half a 4 or 6 pack and save the rest for another date. I am starting to build quite a arsenal of ales and need some kind of better way to store them. I live in a apartment so my options are a little more limited. As of now, I just have my beers tucked away, away from the light.

So does anyone have a cellar setup at home? What suggestions can you give me?

If you have stairs in your apartment, just keep them there..I keep my 60 bottles of wine and other drinks under the stairs in the cupboard

No stairs. :(

There is a basement on the building, but it's more of a community area for laundry and what not. Even though I trust the other tenants in the building, I wouldn't feel right about leaving my babies down there.... not to mention, the landlord might not like the idea as well.
