okay, well me and my friend/dealer have figured out where to grow and got it ll ready etc etc
we are going to get a band lock up which is like a room, around 50 pound a week where bands are meant to practice.
But we were wondering if it will smell really bad and all that because we can't get caught.
also at 50 pound a week will we make a profit?
How long does it take them to grow?

It takes roughly 2-3 months (iirc) from germination to harvest. I wouldnt count on pushing 50 pounds in a week.

I think he means 50 pounds as in european money, not 50 pounds of marijuana.

Hmm, at £50 a week (use the symbol when dealing with yanks, they get confused easily) you'd need to grow quite a lot to get your money back.
Whereabouts is this lockup? Will people notice lights on all day every day? Cause ya can't grow weed in the dark...
£50 a week is £200 a month, meaning about £400-£600 total just to get somewhere to grow... not worth it. Find a bit of waste ground, dig a small bed and plant some seeds. has the advantage of not being as easily traced back to you. Plus, wait until spring, plants don't grow for shit in winter.

Heyyo, just becuase the tards ^^ didn't get it doesn't mean we all are retarded!

Anyways OP, I'd advise against it unless you know what you are doing. However, by the sounds of it you haven't done much research at all and especially if this is your first grow I wouldn't recommend it unless you have some fuckin ballin carbon filtration .... nm, I'd advise against it and wait until you have enough cash of your own to rent out a house in a good area. OR, grow outside in the summer.

Sorry, Tommy -- the scent would give you away immediately in that sort of setup. I'd also wager that ventilation would be difficult. You'd also need a large initial investment in terms of lights, fans, vent work, the rent spent before harvest, and wherever you're getting your seeds or starts from.

On the bright side, most of the band lock-ups over here already have blacked out windows. But I'd wager that you'd have limited access to some of the important components (particularly ventilation). Additionally, since it's a band lock-up, it may not be governed by the same privacy rights as a house (but you're in the UK, so what do I know?)

I think step 1 should be gaining an awareness of what you'll need out of a location before you decide where that should be. I would argue against Quoth in some sense though -- there's a lot you can control indoors, whereas outdoors you're hoping for good weather conditions.

We only use the word pound when refering to weight so it's easily understandable how to get it confused. Whoever knew he ment pounds as in money is not important. Because noone cares about euros.

Hold one people, pounds are NOT euros, pounds are the British currency. Used in Britain. Seriously, get some knowledge about Europe people. :P Being worldly is just another part of being knowledgable.
