Has anyone heard their new album? It came out on Halloween, but I didn't know until just tonight. What kind of fan am I huh?

Well, I'm listening to the first track, and the cd seems promising.

All the more to you if you love being drunk or high, or any sort of fucked up, and let yourself space out to Isis. Very powerful music.

Isis opened for Tool, my favorite band, when I went to their concert. Quite frankly, they were awful. I don't know whether it was because they suck at live music or they are just bad in general. Too much noise going on and not very well choreographed. Anyway, cool to see you've at least heard of a band. Anyone else like Tool?

Heck even I like Tool, but Isis blows tool away IMO. They're better on album probably, though I havn't the chance to see them live or even snatch an Isis dvd. They are a really noisy band I bet to see live. Because they're like their own genre, maybe calling them post-metal, like post-rock bands, Mogwai, etc., just heavier. I'm fucked up... I'm going to pass out to this album.

I'm gonna download it and I'll tell ya what I think. Note: I know nothing about them, I just wanna hear some new music and I like some post-rock so yea, it may be good who knows.
