Look around at this website, guys. Look at this forum. You'll see that beneath the wealth of information, there are a multitude of users. I've seen people from Brazil(:)), Canada, England, Australia, Mexico, and many other places (I'm really sorry if I forgot to include a certain nationality! Post about it and I'll edit my post and make the list grow!). The mere fact that we all unite as fellow users on a website on a regular basis is amazing!

We should be proud! Sure, there are many forums out there which have users from all over the world too, but how many are as close as the majority all of us are.

This forum, to me, is much like a family.
First, we have super-moderators and moderators, which to most are like the leaders of the forum. Leadership is neccessary to maintain a quality website and keep everything flowing well. Sometimes, leaders can seem like asses when needed, but, whether they enjoy it or not, it's their roles.
Secondly, we have the more active users which often-times document, share, and discuss drug use with others. Sharing knowledge is the number-one way to maintain errors, injuries, and fatalities from occuring. Teaching is a very honorable position, which, like leadership, can often be overlooked and unappreciated.
Finally, we have the lurkers and learners. Despite what people think, the lurkers and learners all are also contibuting to this forum. As I've stated in my thread "Lurkers Unite!", we are a fair portion of the members of this forums, and we learn new things all the time. Knowledge is power. Even if we don't share information on the forum as much, we can apply our knowledge to our everyday lives.

I'd like to thank every member of this forums for the great job you guys do. I don't post often, but tonight I had a realization that this forum is growing at a very good pace, and that we are all different people, but we all have things in common. We all like to either share or learn or both and we all are interested in drug use.

Thanks again, everyone. Let's take the Drugs And Booze Forums far and expand whilst keeping the current missions and goals of sharing knowledge and harm-prevention always in mind. Always feel free to post in the suggestion forum. All users are important in this forums and every suggestion will always be reviewed and discussed or thought about. It never hurts to try and share something that'll possibly make this awesome environment an even better, funner(1) place.

(1)Is funner a word?

Also, why does the drugsandboooze vbcode not allow superscripts?

Edit: Country list is currently:
Brazil
Canada
England
Australia
Mexico (Except not. Just close. haha)
Isreal
(MatthewC's been to) China
USA (Lol, how could I forget?)

This was an excellent post. I believe you forgot Israel (Humanoid, or however it is spelt, is a great poster). I agree that these people have become like a second family to me, I feel motivated and excited each time I read a trip report, and I feel emotion whenever I hear that somebody has a drug test coming up and they are worried. I do my best to contribute when I can, and I think that this is an excellent place to spend my internet time:)

Rep+d for a great post

Yes, this is a good example of responsible drug use bringing people together. All of these different types of people can come here and get along with and relate to anyone. There's no judging of people. We have people that only smoke weed talking to people that tweak and pop pills. I think it's great that there is a real source of information and support available. We're all going to do drugs and try new things anyway. But at least we can see the real risks and benefits, and talk to real users, rather than just seeing "drugs are bad, you'll die the first time with everything" on all these "informational" websites. This site full of drug users is more informative and promotes safe drug use more than anything else i've seen.

You guys are all cool with me. And i've never had any problems with regular users (even back when we were on LWS). If any of you are ever in vegas, let me know.

Yeah, I just love seeeing this whole forum come together and just be so cool with everything. I think this forum is easily one of the most open-minded forums out there.

Buty yeah, come on guys, I'm sure I'm leaving some countries out... be sure to represent where you're from and let us know! Hell, I'll even take states and maybe make a D&B Census sometime!
